PARTNERS IN CRIME- Philip Davies & Simon Kirby exposed

Talk is cheap, especially from politicians. After all, they're widely accepted as liars, cheats and charlatans, out to feather their nests and feed from the public trough.

In fact, I could be an MP, at £65,000 a year, what do I need to do?

A deposit of £500 and ten signatures, win an election and the job is mine.

Easy, but before I do, lets see who won the last election and make a plan of action.

Of course I know who my MP is. Having a healthy interest in politics I know its Simon Kirby.

He looks like a woman who self-mockingly likened himself to forces sweetheart Dame Vera Lynn.

He's a millionaire who sold his chain of 28 pubs for £14 million, which he built up over 10 years with his business partner, the well known TV presenter Martin Webb.

There is a radical streak in him. As a teenager while at Hastings Grammar School he was a member of a group called Hastings Anarchists who attended a protest against the wedding of Prince Charles and Diana.

Since then he has developed as a successful business man, instrumental in setting up a local radio station. He now lives in a £2.25 million mansion overlooking Brighton Marina.

Since becoming MP he's aligned himself with many good causes such as LGBT community and, Philip Davies.

Who's Philip Davies? You may ask…. He’s the Member of Parliament for Shipley in Bradford Yorkshire. He’s also Simon Kirby's parliamentary buddy.

Together they've introduced the Disabled Persons Parking Badge Bill, which makes a traffic offence as punishable as threatening someone with a knife.

“Anyone found guilty of using a stolen disabled parking badge will receive a minimum custodial sentence of six months,” said Philip Davies in the Houses of Commons on 09 November 2012. (As recorded by Hansards and accessible by all.)

Rather draconian for a traffic offence don't cha think, was my first thought.

Most traffic offences carry at best 3 points on your license and a £65 fine for speeding and at worse 14 years in prison for causing death by dangerous driving.

The Parking Person Badge Bill will make the fraudulent use of a Blue Badge as severe as drink driving...

Very draconian I thought, but Philip Davies is rather proud to be called draconian. Here's what he said in response to be called just that:

“My honorable friend makes a very good point. I am quite happy to be found guilty of being draconian, and I seem to spend my life in Parliament asking for more draconian sentences for a range of offences. I do not mind his describing me in that way, because there are far worse things to be described as when it comes to law and order. I would sooner take the tag of being draconian than the tag of being soft on dealing with crime.”

As a prospective member of parliament I personally would shy away from being called draconian. Doesn't draconian mean being somewhat medieval, cruel and severe?

But hey, who am I to question the will of the people of Shipley. They voted him in as their Member of Parliament in May 2005 with a majority of 422 votes.

He must be doing something right because five years later he retained his seat with a 10,000 majority.

Out of interest, he was funded by a private interest group called Bearwood Corporate Services, backed by Lord Ashcroft.

With a margin so little and then so big, plus a dodgy connection with the corporate sector, it’s easy to call the elections rigged.

So what else do we know about Philip Davies?

He mentioned more than once that he worked for the ASDA supermarket. Here is just one of his proud reminders to the House.

“I should make it clear from the start that this subject is very close to my heart. Members may know that before I entered Parliament I spent many a year working for Asda.”

It’s from his experience of working as an ASDA trolley boy, hearing customer complaints of abuse of the disabled parking bays, that he's compelled to pick up the baton and drive the Disabled Parking Person Badge Bill into Law.

Without knowing much about fraudulent users of the Blue badge, I would have thought 3 points on the license and a £60 fine would have been penalty enough.

How many people hold Blue Badges in Brighton? Google soon provides the answer at 13,000

How many are disabled? 13,000, I'd guess.

Is it fair to scare 13,000 disable badge holders with 6 months of imprisonment and a £5000 fine for abusing their Blue Badges privileges? Disabled people are the most vulnerable in society and as an MP, I wouldn't vote for any legislation which would discriminate against them.

Which brings up an amazing fact about this Bill. A fact that makes this a fraudulent Bill being passed into Law without the proper checks which Parliament prides itself on.

Now wait for it and make sure you are sitting down before I tell you. I warn you this is outrageous but true.

It hasn't even had a Second Reading. No, instead it’s had the 'Nod!' instead.

I kid you not.

As Hansard quotes on 9 Nov 2012 : Column 1129 Mr Choper as saying, “The point that I was trying to make is that, although the Bill was discussed briefly in Committee, it was never debated on Second Reading because it went through on the nod.”

“Went through on the nod?”... Don't you mean with a Masonic Handshake?

The Speaker of the House quickly smoothed over this blatant case of Parliamentary fraud.

“Order. The honorable Gentleman cannot take the opportunity now to initiate a Second Reading debate, the absence of which he spent some moments lamenting. He must now focus his remarks on the new clause, accompanying new clauses and amendments. I feel sure that after that brief diversion that is precisely what he is now minded to do.”

It makes you dig deeper into the Bill and see what else is being introduced with a nod of the head.

Make of that email exchange what you will. But I’m still under the impression that their Bill did go through on the ‘nod’ and has not had a second reading debate on it’s merits and flaws. This demonstrates that laws of the land are being passed through Parliament without the proper due care, attention, debates and checks.

Upon further inspection of the Bill, we quickly find out that the Bill will give sweeping new powers to plain clothes inspectors to have the power to confiscate any Blue Badge, with immediate effect, if it doesn't check out with the Central System.

The old-style cardboard badges have been replaced by new ones made from a hard plastic material which contains a number of overt and covert security features, as used in banknotes and driving licenses.

'Overt and covert security features' now that’s interesting.

Perhaps this is the real reason it’s getting the 'nod'. The government are putting in place a Secret Army of uncover inspectors whose job it'll be to inspect ID cards, which carry overt and covert information about it's holder.

Its all scary stuff and by the sound of it, highly fraudulent and stinking of corruption.

What makes it worse is that Philip Davies and Simon Kirby are at the helm, steering it through into Law without the due checks and measures we (the people) rely on Parliament to make on our behalf.

Upon further digging, only one word comes to mind in reference to Philip Davies, hypocrite. A little further digging and the word, 'psychopath' springs to mind too.

After all, upon hearing someone preach of their desire to punish people, it makes your ears prick up with concern.

“To stiffen the penalties for people who fall foul of the rules, who abuse the blue badge scheme, and knowingly take places away from people who need them, and to treat such offences with the seriousness with which many constituents treat them. People are appalled by those who abuse disabled parking spaces and who use blue badges when they are not entitled to them. I seek to punish them properly.”

As with all psychopaths, remorse and apathy are alien concepts to them.

As Philip Davies says “I take the point made by my honorable Friend the Member for Christchurch. There can be problems if discretion is taken away from the courts, but there are not many nuances at play in this issue. It is not as if there could be lots of mitigating factors. We are talking about somebody who is “knowingly using a fraudulent parking badge” to which they are not entitled. Perhaps I am too strict on these matters, but I do not see that there could be much mitigation. I am sure that my honorable Friend, who was a distinguished barrister, could come up with some marvelous mitigation for one of his clients, but I cannot say that I would be greatly impressed by it. This is therefore the kind of offence where a minimum sentence would be useful.”

Or in layman terms, no sob stories and no mitigating circumstances. Philip Davies doesn't want the court's to be allowed any discretion on the matter. A minimum custodial sentence of 6 months, or nothing.

Hypocrite, psychopath and after watching the first youtube video flagged by Google, paedaphile comes to mind.

In December 2010 he appeared on a BBC Radio Leeds show and amongst many topics was asked whether he wanted to see the return of the death penalty.

RP (RADIO PRESENTER): I want to talk to you about the death penalty. You'd bring it back won't you?

PD (PHILIP DAVIES): Yeah

RP: For who?

PD: For Murderers?

RP: What about paedophiles?

PD: Um, (laugh) we can always, we can, we can, we can have a debate about, like who qualifies.

RP: Well I think a paedophile could be worse than a murderer.

PD: Well maybe, lets not split hairs over this.

I'm still shaking my head in disbelief, “We can have a debate on who qualifies as a paedophile?”

The constituents of Shipley should be asking whether Philip Davies qualifies as a paedophile?

But it doesn't stop there, it just gets worse and worse.

He used BBC license fees to travel to Florida, to visit death row at the Florida State Penitentiary.

The BBC Sunday Politics Yorkshire and Lincolnshire followed Philip Davies to the USA where he sat in a chair used to kill prisoners, as part of a fact finding mission looking at the case for capital punishment.

Since when is the Conservative party considering the reintroduction of the death penalty? Since when is the EU considering it? Why was this man allowed to go on a free holiday to Disney Land, on the premise of researching a subject which is against the law in the UK?

Yes, he actually sat in the electric chair as a photo opportunity. As the picture I put together with Photoshop depicts; you could imagine him thinking to himself “Oh nice. I could use one of these in my torture dungeon back home.”

Taking into account his comments on paedophiles and his psychopathic temperament isn't it fair to surmise that at worse he's a murdering paedophile and at best a paedophile sympathizer.

Here's a definition of psychopath to help you see where I'm coming from.

Psychopath is a personality disorder that has been variously characterized by shallow emotions (including reduced fear, a lack of empathy, and stress tolerance), cold-heartedness, egocentricity, superficial charm, manipulativeness, irresponsibility, impulsivity, criminality, antisocial behaviour, a lack of remorse, and a parasitic lifestyle.

A good a time to highlight his expense claims as any, which also doubles as a perfect opportunity to further illustrate his hypocrisy.

Firstly we find an indisputable fact that he's claimed more in expenses than any other Bradford MP.

We've all heard of the biblical saying 'Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone,” all except Philip Davies.

When former Labour minister Denis MacShane faced a fresh police investigation after he resigned as an MP yesterday for fiddling his expenses. Philip Davies was the first proclaiming from his soap box, raising serious questions about whether Mr MacShane is guilty of criminal behaviour.

“If someone has committed an offence then they should face the full force of the law and to be protected by parliamentary privilege is most unsatisfactory.”

When the spot light was turned on him we found out he received more than £10,000 in benefits from companies with links to the gambling industry, while a member on the influential parliamentary select committee.

Philip Davies championed the industry's viewpoint during the year-long investigation into the betting industry, and visited casino resorts in Australia and China's Macao to see "high-rollers" in action.

Remember what he said in the Houses of Parliament about mitigating circumstances?

“Perhaps I am too strict on these matters, but I do not see that there could be much mitigation. I am sure that my honorable Friend, who was a distinguished barrister, could come up with some marvelous mitigation for one of his clients, but I cannot say that I would be greatly impressed by it.”

But yet he answers in his defense "to be perfectly honest it never even crossed my mind. I think it is fair to say that everyone knows I used to be a bookmaker. I did not think I had interests to declare."

The voters of Shipley should hang their heads in shame. When are they going to make amends and demand their MP, face the full force of the law.

Chris Patten laughed the question off "I think it's a thoroughly impertinent question".

Though Philip Davies refused to back down saying “so you don't think license fee payers are entitled to know how much specific time you are spending working on their behalf?”

And hammered his point home "Given you have been presiding over a shambles at the BBC I think it's perfectly reasonable to say have you been actually putting in the hours, putting in the yard as you should have been as chairman of the BBC Trust."

Nearly 6 minutes of Philip Davies drowning on about trivia later, Chris Patten brings a close to the conversation “You know what..... Um, I'm not sure this socratic dialogue with you is getting us very far.”

He babbled on for nearly 9 minutes asking the same question to all three of the Channel Four executives.

Just watch the equally tiresome Tom Watson MP, sitting opposite showing dirty pictures to his chum sitting to his right from his mobile.

Just look at the body language of everyone in the room. They look at Philip Davies as if he's an imbecile.

He sums up by asking why the Channel Four executive shouldn't give up his job to someone from an ethic minority.

The constituents of Shipley should be asking him the same question.

Why doesn’t he give up his job to someone from an ethic minority? In fact I challenge him to put his money where his mouth is and swap roles with me.

I'll go up to Yorkshire to do his job and receive his benefits and he can come down to Brighton and be with his bum chum buddy Simon Kirby and receive the benefits I get.

He asked for a daily iternary from Chris Patten, shouldn't his Shipley constituents be asking him how he spends his time?

By checking out the ‘They work for you.com website’, Philip Davies spends his days filling out surveys at £75 a pop, 30 minutes work. A little extra extra extra extra cash on the side.

That is on top of his wage of £65,000 a year he gets for as an MP. And the 171,000 he claimed in 2009 on expenses.

£100,000 of that was tax payer’s money which he claimed to cover the staff costs of others doing his job, while he sat in London doing surveys for a little extra extra extra extra cash on the side.

His office costs came to £14,000 as did his communication bill. What communication device costs £14,000 a year I don't know? My communication costs amount to monthly charges on the mobile phone, land line, broadband and it doesn't come to anywhere near £14,000.

I've run an office with my business partner, employing more than 10 staff and our office running costs never came anywhere near £14,000.

So not only did he fraudulently deprive the tax payers of £65,000 in a MP's wage because he spends all day filling out surveys for cash, he fraudulenly rips of a further £100,000 on staff costs and then another £28,000 on office and communication costs but he claims a further £23,000 to stay in London and do it.

In 2008/2009 Philip Davies claimed £236,024. Over 3.6 times his yearly wage.

He's on record as saying parliament is a “Lax regime”. He should know, he's milked it enough.

This man has no remorse which demonstrates his psychopathic qualities.

Remember this indisputable fact- Philip Davies claims more expenses than any other Bradford MP.

Stop me banging on about Philip Davis. I haven't even started on his views about the disabled, which his Blue Badge legislation is meant to serve.

He caused outrage and anger by suggesting that disabled people should work for less than the minimum wage to increase their chances of being taken on by employers.

He had the audacity to stand up in the Commons and say: "If an employer is looking at two candidates, one who has got disabilities and one who hasn't, and they have got to pay them both the same rate, I invite you to guess which one the employer is more likely to take on.

Given that some of those people with a learning disability clearly, by definition, cannot be as productive in their work as somebody who has not got a disability of that nature, then it was inevitable that, given the employer was going to have to pay them both the same, they were going to take on the person who was going to be more productive, less of a risk.”

When asked in an interview what his achievements have been since becoming an MP in May 2005, he answered “Not enough”.

But he does single out two things which he likes to think of as accomplishments.

He's represented his constituents giving them a very high level of service. Being fast and assessable and getting involved with local issues.

He is most proud to have raised things in parliament that other people wouldn't have done, such as launching the 'Better of out' in Europe campaign. In which no MP would stand up and say we should leave the EU. And I quote “Some of the things on climate change which would never have been mentioned without me.”

And to think Simon Kirby has chosen this man as his partner in crime.

Of-course there is more to this than meets eye.

Philip Davies and Simon Kirby have influential backers. Philip Davies has Lord Ashcroft and Simon Kirby has Norman Baker (also mentioned on the David Joe Neilson Crime files.)

How else could the Bill be given the 'Nod' and passed through without a second reading?

Philip Davies and Simon Kirby are basking in the lime light of cross party support over their Disabled Persons Parking Badge Bill.

Simon Kirby is inundated with sycophantic praise. Listen to what Philip Davies says about him in the Commons “My Right Honorable member for Kemptown Brighton, is steering the Bill through with great skill, like an old hand. Indeed, if he can introduce a private Member’s Bill that finds favour with my honorable Friend the Member for Christchurch, he is doing particularly well—certainly a lot better than what many others can hope to achieve—and I congratulate him on that.”

Yes, an old hand. The Old Hand shake of the Masons have ensured this nasty piece of legislation is fraudulently passed through Parliament.

But wait until you read what else I've dug up.

I know Simon Kirby well enough. He's my MP and his name regularly makes an appearance in the David Joe Neilson Crime Files.

(The NeilsonCrime Files is a database of local government and Sussex police corruption over the last 20 years.)

It just so happens that David Joe Neilson is a Blue Badge holder. Perhaps its a covert plan by Simon Kirby to get him arrested and thrown in jail for 6 months.

I know enough about Simon Kirby and now I know enough about Philip Davies.

Let's leave the last word to Norman Baker, MP of Lewes and the Transport Minister, who reveals the truth of the matter as he sums up.

“There is a consultation process under way on the personal independence payment, but the Government’s preferred option is one of minimum change. It is not in any way our intention to reduce the number of people who qualify for a badge. The consultation has been necessitated by the changes to the nature of benefits being brought in by the Department for Work and Pensions, but so far as the Department for Transport is concerned, we want the result of any consequential changes to stay as close as possible to the current arrangements. That is our preferred option, but obviously we will look at the responses to the consultation.”

The government doesn't want any change. They are happy for the number of Blue Badge holders to remain the same, but are obliged to tinker with the Statute books to accommodate the new Personal Independence Payment (PIP) replacing the Disability Living Allowance (DLA) in April 2013.

This is about a psychopathic Philip Davies wanting to 'punish people' for his own sadistic ends. This is about Simon Kirby 'scoring points and basking in the glory of playing the system so skillfully'. This is about Norman Baker and the Conservative cabinet, 'fraudulently slipping in legislation which puts plain clothes inspectors on the streets, with the power of confiscation, in anticipation of a full scale enforcement of an biometric ID scheme.'

Make no mistakes. Dangerous men like Philip Davies and Simon Kirby don't get where they are without considerable help along the way. Philip Davies is being groomed for greatness, mark my words. An ASDA trolley boy doesn't win an election in 2005 by 422 votes and then by a majority of 10,000 four years later, without lots of money and lots of fraud. Watch out for him.

Whenever the Conservatives want to dish out their party line but are too scared to say it, they'll send out Philip Davies. One in a million. Man of the hour... The UK's version of George W Bush...

Let’s not forget Simon Kirby. He's knows what he's doing.

He's getting praised for being an old hand and a smooth operator when it comes to getting a Bill on the Statute books.

Perhaps the 'Old Hand Shake of the Mason' makes everything more slippery and durable....

Either way, Philip Davies and Simon Kirby should be given a taste of their own medicine.

They need to be locked away for 6 months for defrauding the public. For taking up the space of two MP's which could be better used by more competent people.

SUICIDE: THE PREFERRED CHOICE

News in that a Pakistani anti-corruption crusader has been found hanged in an apparent suicide.

One of many, after the last few weeks, and one of many more, over the last few decades.

Isn't it convenient to those who want to suppress and enslave our lives, that so many people commit suicide at such convenient times in their lives.

Starting with the most recent, Kamran Faisal, who was investigating claims that the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Raja Pervaiz was taking brides.

My condolences to Faisal's father who insists his son had “strong nerves” and would never have killed himself.

Kamran Faisal said himself, “I told the court that my life was in danger and if I died an unnatural death the [officials I was investigating] would be responsible for my death."

This follows hot-on-the-heels of the internet activist Aaron Swartz's apparent suicide at the tender age of 26.

With his whole life ahead of him, he helped create an early version of RSS and later played a key role in stopping a controversial online piracy bill in Congress.

Police found Swartz's body hanging in his Brooklyn apartment.

Again, a Convenient Suicide...

December 2012 saw the suicide of Nurse Jacintha Saldanha, who was working on reception when Australian DJs made the infamous prank call, pretending to be the Queen calling for Katy, the Duchess of Cambridge.

I seem to be repeating myself, oh what a 'Convenient Suicide', because her death has ensured no one will 'Prank' with the Royals again.

Lets delve deeper....

The most controversial suicide of recent times has got to be the renowned scientist and family man, Doctor David Kelly.

I'm not going to rake over old ground, but there is one indisputable truth. His suicide was very convenient to the Blair/Campbell government in hiding the truth of Iraq's non-existent weapons of mass destruction.

But don't be fooled. They haven't always used suicide as their prefered choice. Once upon a time they used a more unorthodox approach, which, though bizzarre, achieved the same result.

Take the unfortunate Member of Parliament for Eastleigh, who many tipped as a future Prime Minsiter, Stephen Milligan. He held an enviable reputation in the world of journalism, having once been the financial/business editor with the New York Economist and for then BBC.

He won his Eastleigh constituency on his first attempt, but had his reputation posthumously dragged through the mud, following his apparent accidental death due to autoasphyxiation.

He died in what would appear to be the most embarrassing way ever; semi-nude, wearing stockings and suspenders with a bin bag over his head, an electric flex round his neck and an orange in his mouth.

So unbecoming of a man who was engaged to Julie Kirkbride, at the time a political correspondent with the Sunday Telegraph and later a Tory MP at Bromsgrove in the Midlands. In his last interview before his death, he spoke of his desire to settling down and starting a family.

What many people are encouraged to forget is that he was the Parliamentary Personal Secretary to the notorious arms dealer, Jonathan Aitken, then a minister in the Tory government. Aitken, was known to have an particular interest in Sado-Masochistic sex - Milligan wasn't.

He was known as a man who would not be quieted or made to follow a political line that might have fallen outside of his personal beliefs. Let's reiterate, Mr Milligan had many years of journalistic integrity behind him and was certainly no man's fool. Did he overhear something in closed circles, or did he speak out about something he knew in similar closed circles? Was his death an accident, or was it murder most foul, engineered in such a way as to besmirch the name of the victim from the onset and make it look like a bizarre sex ritual had resulted in death?

A lesser known personality, James Rusbridger, who was an ex-M16 agent and respected investigative journalist specialising in intelligence matters, also died in the same month as Stephen Milligan.

He was found hanging from a beam in his loft at his house in Bodmin Moor, Cornwall in February 1994, in an apparent suicide.

When his body was discovered, he was dressed in a green protective suit for use in nuclear, biological or chemical warfare, green overalls, a black plastic mackintosh and thick rubber gloves. His face was covered by a gas mask and he was also wearing a sou'wester. His body was suspended from two ropes, attached to shackles fastened to a piece of wood across the open loft hatch, and was surrounded by pictures of men and mainly black women in bondage.

And then we come to the infamous mass killer, Fred West. Another apparent suicide which the population welcomed, hook-line-and-sinker.

Even though he was designated a "vulnerable" prisoner after a psychiatric assessment, he still found the time and means to end his life, when he should have been under 24 hour surveillance.

Convenient because its commonly believed by many researchers that Fred West supplied local sex rings with their girls. Satanic connections were found on his victims, evident with certain finger and toe bones missing, which is conclusive with satanic rituals.

It goes without saying the convenience of his suicide, compared to a sensational trial, which God knows what would have been brought up, was greatly appreciated by the afore-mentioned sex rings which he supplied.

Coming to the end and without delving deeper into the old favourite suicides throughout history such as Marilyn Munro's, Hitlers and going back further to even Judas's, I'll leave you with a gem.

In an amazing seven page document filed at Fort bent County Court in Texas, she claimed Bush abducted, raped and beat her. (Its not clear whether the President was ever served with her suit.)

What's more amazing is that shortly before her 'convenience suicide', American journalist Jackson Thoreau reported that Schoedinger had rung him saying that Bush wanted her dead, but could trust no one to carry out the crime.

The MSM are reported by the AV, to be 'bit-part-players' in a conspiracy by the Dark Forces, to muddle the waters and deflect the public spot light away from a much larger scandal which goes to the heart of the British Monarch and Roman Catholic Church.

We've seen the Prime Minister, David Cameron, play his part by appearing on the This Morning TV show, only to be handed a piece of paper, which goes on to vindicate Lord McAlpine and reward him with a sum of tax payers money which most of us would never accumulate in a life-time.

The Yewtree Police investigation brought Rolf Harris in for questioning, but even though the MSM were parked outside his country home for weeks on end, only the AV told us about it.

Tom Watson, the MP made famous during the Leveson Enquiry about phone hacking, spoke up in the Houses of Parliament that a close aide to a former Prime Minister, was himself apart of a powerful paedophile ring inside Parliament.

It took the AV to tell us the former Prime Minister was a certain Margaret Thatcher and went further to say that Edward Heath was a practising paedophile who sodomised young boys on this yacht called the Morning Cloud and even killed them, before throwing their bodies over board when finished with.

He acknowledges that certain individuals would be spared justice, but insists its a sacrifice worth paying for it. He insists they will be checked upon, to ensure they never harm a child again.

A shocking statistic which he puts forward is that 1 in 4 of us have paedophile tendencies. Noting that not everyone goes onto turning those tendencies into a reality.

This complements the contention, reported by another well known AV news source, The Corbett Report, that 1 in 25 of us have psychopathic tendencies. Again, noting that not everyone will go on to murder. But will certainly go on to secure themselves positions of power and influence within society. Their ideal professions being in politics, sport and entertainment.

In 1998 the first articles began to appear on what was a limited internet distribution regarding the paedophile ring around 10 Downing Street. On the 6^th September 2010 an internet blogger posted an article naming Sir Jimmy Savile as the man who procured children for 10 Downing Street. Yesterday in the House of Commons the same allegation was aired for the first time publicly by Tom Watson MP. We publish in full the 1998 and 2010 allegations that the Security services have known about since 1995. The public have a right to know and those who are accused should prepare themselves for a full investigation. Even if a small percentage of the below is proved it is a damning blow on the government who for years have known about the misconduct and turned a blind eye.

Lord Graville Jenner (Labour Peer)


Jenner was accused of raping a 15 year old boy at the holiday in in Glasgow, the night before the boy was due to give evidence, the judge was taken out to dinner by the defence team for Jenner, and it was arranged that the boy was not allowed to Jenner in court as his rapist, or he would be in contempt of court. Jenner won his case and he walked in to the House of Commons to a standing ovation by MP's. I stand by what I have said for many years, the House of Commons and Lords are filled with perverts and rapists, and the police and the courts will defend them all the way, as they are all in the same private club.

He is well known to police in London for sexually abusing young boys, he likes them under 12 when he can get them.

Lord Brittan (Leon, former home sec when Maggie was in power)


He is very well known for raping young boys. The police raided his house when a young boy staggered in to the street half naked, and when police asked what happened he told them about Brittan and his friends and took them to the house. When they called in to report what happened, they were ordered to take everyone in, and when they got there their were 2 officers from the security service waiting. The boys were paid off, and a short time later, Leon Brittan was summoned to meet his fellow MP, William Hague on the beach in Brighton at 5.45 in the morning, where he was told that he was to be made commissioner for the UK, and he would not be allowed to be in politics again in the UK. That was how he became commissioner and he stayed there for many years, until the corruption inquiry went ahead, which saw a large number of people from different countries being made to resign.


Anthony Charles Lynton Blair (Tony Blair, former PM of the UK)


He was charged and appeared in court at Bow Street Magistrates Court for importunity in a public toilet with another male. He tried to get sexual favour from the other man; little did he know that the toilet was being watched by police. Blair was fined £500, and walked away with nobody knowing who he really was as he used his middle names to cover who he was. Charles Lynton is the name used, and his friends in court got him off with a fine, because he is one of them.

Edward Heath (former PM of the UK)


He is very well known for his perverted abuse of young boys. I spoke to one of his victims and he told me about others who were present, and more important, who was supplying the children to him. The person bringing children for him to abuse is Sir Jimmy Saville. He was seen by the witness, victim, taking young boys on-board Heath’s yacht the morning cloud when they were at party conference. Saville is known for supplying a number of high profile MP's with children for them to sexually abuse.

He is very well known to police in the UK. He was removed by the US government because they found out about his perverted taste for boys. They were going to expose him if he did not resign, so we got the “I’m resigning for family reasons bull shit) Robertson is a dangerous predatory paedophile, but not as bad as the one I am about to name next.

Lord Hardie


The former Lord Advocate for Scotland is a known paedophile, who some years ago had his BMW stolen by 2 victims, when they were caught, Hardie told the police to let them go, and he did not bring charges against them. Why would a judge not charge them with theft, unless they had information which would destroy him?

Lord McAlpine (Former treasurer of the conservative party)


He is known to the police in the UK and abroad, for sexually abusing young boys, including using a coffin to put the boy in, then they simulate burying him by sprinkling gravel on the top of the coffin, the child is screaming with terror and will do whatever he is told due to being so scared of being put in the coffin again. This person is alleged to have murdered at least 2 boys and buried their bodies on his estate. I got this information from a police officer who was involved in investigating McAlpine, and he is certain that he has committed murder several times, but he is too well protected to get him.

He has been named time and time again in N. Wales Enquiry into child abuse, yet he still enjoys total freedom to abuse and kill young children (yes, that's right, kill children).

His sordid past is so depraved it beggar’s belief. There is a video tape hidden at the moment which shows him with two other child sexual abusers, torturing and raping young boys. The film was made in Wales. A very well-known investigative programme was loaned a copy in order that the story could be revealed and the children could finally get some justice and some peace. What a pity the company decided not to run the story, even though one of the women who watched it admitted to having to leave the room to be sick after only a couple of minutes.

There is a lot more to the abuse side of this case, but as I am still investigating this I cannot reveal any more at this time. However, I would like to know what happened to almost 20 million pounds of Conservative Party funds which I understand are still in an offshore account controlled by him and former Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher. I would also like to ask the former Prime Minister why she stood up for McAlpine when information was passed to her by the Security Services in relation to McAlpine, and it was only after a large amount of pressure was put on her that she removed him from his post before information leaked out.

Michael Portillo (former MP Kensington & Chelsea)


Portillo is well known within the conservative party, as are others for his perverse abuse of children. He also likes adults now and again, particularly his friend and fellow MP Peter Lilley. He was giving Portilo a good time in the DTI building on the day of the 92 election, he was on his knees, (I'm sure I don't have to paint a picture for you). He also likes Morocco Del sol, where he delights in having young boys for sexual abuse. He used to go to the same hotel and on one visit, he left top secret documents behind in connection with the UK's defence systems, was it an accident, or was he being blackmailed? He also goes to the Isle of White regularly with Lilley and other friends where they have access to children. He is disgusting and I want him in prison where he belongs.

Derek Laud


Now defunct magazine Scallywag covered events at Bryn Alyn in detail, some years ago.The magazine alleged that one of the men referred to is Lord McAlpine, at the time of the offences treasurer of the governing Conservative Party. Another regular participant in the activities at Bryn Clwyd was alleged by Scallywag to be Derek Laud, for years a leading mover and shaker in successive Conservative administrations.

Scallywag alleged that Laud was a sadist, who was particularly violent and without mercy in his treatment of the boys. The magazine alleged that on regular occasions his victims would end up in casualty wards. He was a leading political fixer and adviser to Margaret Thatcher although never an MP; indeed he was pictured waving down to the crowds below from an upstairs window of 10 Downing Street as the Conservatives celebrated their 1988 election victory.

The former children connected with this empire of evil who died in mysterious circumstances may have been murdered by the British security services, the price of their silence their lives. Scallywag alleged that MI5 used to take foreign diplomats etc. to the North Wales homes, give them boys to "play" with, secretly filmed them as they buggered, abused and tortured boys then kept the tapes as evidence.

Michael Brown is one of the very few Conservative MP's who volunteered to "out" himself as gay. Derek Laud, now standing for parliament, (against Bernie Grant in North London) ran a Pimlico PR agency called Ludgate Communications for a number of years which supplied young boys for selected Parliamentarians from children's homes now being investigated in North Wales. He sometimes did this in cahoots with Ian Greer Associates which has since been scandalised because of the Neil Hamilton Affair and payment for questions on behalf of Al Fayed.

Ludgate Communications was at the very hub of our investigation into the "boys for questions" allegations. At his Pimlico flat, and selected addresses in Dolphin Square nearby, Laud threw paedophile parties and we have one sworn affidavit from a former boy (presently giving evidence in Wales) who claims he was seriously molested (among many others) by Lord McAlpine who was at the time the Tory party's clandestine fund raiser. It was alleged by this boy and others that Messrs Portillo and Lilley were also guests of Derek Laud. We are assured that this particular volcano is about to erupt, both in North Wales and elsewhere. Michael Portillo has always publicly disassociated himself from Derek Laud, yet here we find him not only acquainted but seemingly in the inner sanctum of private friends.

Michael Colvin


Colvin was associated closely with several other Conservative 'people' on the right wing of the party including Julian Lewis who is said to be involved with a number of international right wing 'covert' groups linked with high finance, and arms dealing.

Colvin was also associated with two allegedly corrupt and discredited former Parliamentary Lobbyists, Ian Greer (cash for questions) and Derek Laud (Wikipedia/Derek Laud) (Cash for Knighthoods aka Cash for Rent boys).

Both Greer and Laud have links with South Africa - Greer now lives there and Laud is a frequent visitor.

In view of their links with Parliamentary corruption in the UK and extreme levels of alleged corruption in the 'new' South African multi-racial Government, it seems possible that both Greer and Laud may find the culture of South Africa politically highly amenable.

It is probably only a coincidence, but during a major scandal around the abuse of children in care in an area of the UK called Clwyd, both laud and Greer's names were mentioned by alleged victims in connection with organised sexual abuse involving VIPs including, allegedly, members of the UK Government.

During that scandal a fire in Hove, near Brighton, killed five alleged victims of abuse. Many people believe the fire was deliberately set. With the five youngsters from Clwyd who died was a Health Visitor from Hampshire where Laud has a home and where Colvin lived. She also was killed in the fire.

Michael Colvin died at a fire in his magnificent Hampshire home. He had been speaking to Derek Laud days, if not hours, previously.

There have been many allegations that Hampshire County Council, and of course Colvin lived in Hampshire, through the influence of Derek Laud and his friend Julian Lewis, who is a central player in a national paedophile ring supplying young boys from care systems as in Clwyd to VIP's. The VIP's are said to have included top people in the law, commerce, and politics - across the party spectrum - at specially organised parties and other gatherings sometime on a one to one basis and sometimes at hotels where staff allegedly colluded with the exploitation of youngsters. The Crest hotel in Wrexham and a Hotel on Hove seafront have specifically been mentioned, although in the Hove instance it maybe that staff at the hotel colluded with the supply of youngsters and that 'meetings' took place elsewhere.

It has been alleged that officials and councillors in a number of local authorities may be receiving payments for identifying 'appropriate' young people in care and introducing them to the ring, and ultimately to Laud and Lewis and their associates, who then, it has been alleged, introduce the boys to 'interested' VIP's.

Within the list of alleged collaborators in counties along the south coast with the supply of teenage boys for exploitation is a Social Services Director in one LA., an Assistant Director of Children's Social Services in another, chief executives in two others, several social workers and also a number of child protection workers. As well as a number of Councillors, including former Leader of Hampshire Council and Lord Mayor of Portsmouth, Freddie Emery Wallis who was convicted in 2001 of molesting young boys.

In the 1990's Derek Laud had an address at East Cottage, Needs Ore Point (shown on electoral records). That is on the Estate of Lord Montague of Beuleigh who those of 'a certain age' will remember was convicted of molesting a boy scout back in the 1960's.

Colvin was associated with most of these people in one way or another.

Recent revelations involve the corruption of evidence by senior council officials in North Wales with regard to information supplied to the Waterhouse inquiry into allegations of VIP child abuse in Clwyd. It has been revealed that although in the inquiry allegations made by a number of young people were discredited because they had made allegations against social workers who records showed had not been employed where they said during the time they were in care in those homes, in fact, if allegations are true, a secretary in North Wales Council had been instructed to alter the official records of dates and where and when specific youngsters were in care. (Angus Stickler, BBC, gained some evidence about this). It was not therefore the youngsters who were lying, but the officials. More significantly, these tricks were played mainly on youngsters who had made allegations against care workers and against VIPs. With the allegations against the care workers discredited, obviously the allegations against VIPs fell by the wayside.

There have also been allegations that this high level paedophile 'ring' has placed its own people into positions of statutory power over children in care, and investigation suggests these allegations may have substance.

The involvement of Derek Laud, who was educated in the remedial stream at a south London comprehensive school where it has been alleged he pimped his classmates to wealthy and influential adults even while still at school, is significant. The psychopathic behaviour of Laud and Lewis that has caused significant comment from time to time may be far more dangerous than just eccentric.

It is worthy of note that people around Derek Laud who challenge him appear to suffer significant harm - or to die - with unusual frequency. Michael Colvin was an associate. Deceased investigative journalist Simon Regan challenged both Laud and Lewis frequently and died 'after a short illness' soon after his final tirade against Laud and Lewis. The alleged victims of VIP abuse who died in a fire in Palmeira Avenue Hove in 1991 had also linked Laud, Lewis, and Greer, to the circumstances of the abuse they said they had suffered in care.

Colvin therefore, despite a fairly mundane Tory image, was aligned with some allegedly very nasty people indeed.

As a final comment, in the 1980's and 1990's, and some say currently, it appears that lobbyists such as Greer and Laud were supplying teenage boys to MP's and others in politics specifically with the aim of exerting political influence.

Michael Portillo, Peter Lilley, Ian Hamilton, and other Thatcherite politicians of the 1980's were all associated with Laud and Lewis, and all were alleged to have been guests at paedophile parties in London at which boys from care in a number of local authorities, including North Wales, Shropshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Brighton and Hove and others, were allegedly 'ferried in' with the co-operation of social workers to provide sexual entertainments for the guests. It has also been alleged that Portillo frequently took 'kinky holidays' in North Africa with his friend Derek Laud. Portillo insists that Laud was a guest on these holidays of him and his wife, but it has been alleged that hotel records do not confirm that Portillo's wife was there at all.

Gordon Brown (former PM of the UK)


Brown is known for sexually abusing numerous boys, as well as girls. He is known for a particularly vile rape in Aberdeen in the 70's, when he and 2 others paid a prostitute for access to her 9 year old daughter. They all raped her several times, and some years later the girl went to court to get custody of her little brother because of her mother's abuse, and drug use. She won the case and has had custody of him ever since. The records have vanished from court, but the victim still remembers what happened, and who did it.

In the early months of 2003, just prior to the questionable invasion of Iraq, and working in conjunction with a London-based freelance journalist who had thoroughly double-checked exposures published by the Scottish ‘Sunday Herald’ newspaper, I publicised details of a child-sex ring linked to senior ministers within the Blair government. 

I initially published my findings, stemming from discreet leaks from a secret list provided by the American FBI to the ‘Sunday Times’ newspaper, and concomitantly discovered that Tony Blair had issued a gagging order to suppress all further discussion of a scandal that would most certainly have brought a swift end to his administration and made Britain’s collusion in the destruction of Iraq impossible.

These stories, which also implicated the Attorney-General Lord Goldsmith, former NATO Boss Lord Robertson, and the Svengali of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown’s rise to power, the flamboyant homosexual Peter Mandelson (now Lord Mandelson), were widely publicised on the Internet, excited debate within numerous online forums, and inspired Robert Kilroy-Silk’s former Veritas Party to undertake a detailed examination of the extent to which senior and junior ministers close to Gordon Brown were given free licence to engage in paedophiliac activities under the protection of the British intelligence services. 

The Sunday Herald’s incendiary story (“Child Porn Arrests Too Slow”, 19 January 2003), written by its Home Affair’s correspondent Neil Mackay, disappeared rapidly from the Internet within weeks of my exposure. Mackay’s editor, at first cooperative, subsequently refused to answer any further enquiries put to him by myself and the freelance journalist Bob Kearley. 

Each and every letter I sent to the British Home Office, Scotland Yard and the Sunday Times solicited not one single reply.

Lord Robertson, a self-confessed Freemasonic member of Edinburgh’s sinister “Speculative Society” lodge, who enjoyed a peculiarly close personal relationship with Thomas Hamilton, the mass murderer of abused children in Dunblane, failed to sue the Sunday Herald for libel and promptly disappeared from public life. Police records revealed that Robertson had helped expedite the process by which the Manchurian Candidate, Hamilton, already a convicted child molester with known affiliations to the British elite, was able to obtain gun licenses. 

Robertson worked in collusion with Michael Forsyth (Secretary of State for Scotland), a fellow “Speculative Freemason” and Robert Bell, an associate of Malcolm Rifkind (British Foreign Secretary). Robertson, at the behest of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, had a vested interest in ‘wasting’ children who were beginning to talk. 

On 13 March 1996, Thomas Hamilton, a former Boy Scout leader walked into Dunblane Primary School armed with two 9 mm pistols and two .357 Magnum revolvers. He killed sixteen small children and a teacher. The subsequent police investigation revealed that Hamilton had loaded the magazines for his Browning with an alternating combination of fully metal-jacketed and hollow point ammunition. This horrific event led to the banning of handguns in the UK. [How convenient.]

The Judge who conducted the inquiry into the atrocity, during which two teachers claimed to have seen another mysterious man “guiding” Hamilton onto the premises, was Lord Cullen. Cullen, also a member of the Freemasonic Speculative Society and an associate of Labour “Scottish Mafia” figures such as Lord Robertson, Tony Blair, John Reid and Gordon Brown, was accused by leading journalists and emergency service personnel of having achieved a cover-up.

1. A top Scottish Freemason, Former Grand Master Lord Burton, has said that Lord Cullen's inquiry into the Dunblane massacre was a cover-up.

Lord Burton says Cullen's inquiry suppressed crucial information to protect high-profile legal figures.

2. These high-profile legal figures may belong to a secretive 'Super-Mason' group called The Speculative Society.

Lord Burton said: "I have learned of an apparent connection between prominent members of the legal establishment involved in the inquiry, and the secretive Speculative Society. The society was formed in Edinburgh University through Masonic connections so I accept that there might be a link by that route." Reportedly, members of the Speculative Society have included Lord Cullen and a number of other judges, sheriffs and advocates.

3. Some of these high-profile people had links to the Queen Victoria School 'where gunman Thomas Hamilton was allowed to roam free before the 1996 atrocity'.

4. Reportedly the police are investigating claims that pupils at Queen Victoria School were regularly taken away and sexually abused. 



5. Former housemaster Glenn Harrison told the News of the World how he even found Hamilton, 43, creeping around the dormitories at night. He said Hamilton had close links to a top policeman. Glenn was never called to give evidence at the Cullen Inquiry. 

6. Lord Burton said: "I tried repeatedly to raise concerns about the inquiry during my time in the Lords, and I was bullied and threatened by powerful peers loyal to the Conservative Government of the day, who warned me of dire consequences if I continued to embarrass them." 7. Glenn Harrison had kept dozens of files from pupils alleging bullying and abuse while he was at the Queen Victoria School and wrote to parents warning of the dangers in 1991. It led to him being ousted from the school and just days before he left, police raided his home and confiscated the files. 

8. Glenn states that Hamilton had been a friend of Ben Philip, the senior housemaster at QVS. Mr Philip died in December 1993, aged 46, when he fell from a ladder while hanging decorations.
